A 3 Star Ski resort with a beautiful picturesque view of the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau Joch. A 150 + year old Hotel, started as "Hôtel de la Jungfrau" in 1841 owned by the von Almen Family of Bern Switzerland.

"The first mention ... can be traced back as far as 1776, when the Wengernalp was praised in a travel-reportage. It was undoubtedly the continued and awakening interest for the Alps during the 18th century, that led the Wengernalp to its world-famous standing today.
