Original home construction occurred between 1990-94 in two phases: "Pecos-Robindale Estates I" and "Pecos-Robindale Estates II" with original land owned by "Green Valley Investment Company" and subsequently partitioned into smaller lots owned by "Henderson Green Valley Partnership" before being sold to individual owners as residential plots.

There are a total of 166 home sites in this residential development. The homes in the neighborhood have a variety of price ranges as house sizes vary from 1,844 – 3,676 square feet.
