Two-story building constructed in 2003 by CTA Engineers and completed on July 1, 2004, the first floor currently contains four restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a hair salon, a nail salon, a printer cartridge shop, a jewelry store, and an MRI center; the second floor currently contains an engineering consultant center and a dentist.

The engineering consultant Rodgers Consulting was the first tenant to occupy this building on July 26, 2004.
