Founded in 1989 as QUI! Ticket Services, the company was active in the meal voucher and personal card sector, and later changed its name to QUI! Group.

In 2004, Qui! Group, the leading all-Italian company active in the meal voucher market, released an electronic meal voucher, which completely revolutionised the sector, having an impact similar to that of the Telepass system in the motorway sector.

In 2010, Qui! Group created the largest loyalty network in Europe, with over 22,000 affiliated businesses. It became the official partner of Poste Italiane (national postal service), developing together the Sconti BancoPosta programme.

Today, Qui! Group is the leading all-Italian company in the market and takes second place in the ranking of companies in the meal voucher sector on a national scale: the company is active in the sector of vouchers for company welfare (meal vouchers, coupons, company benefits), payment systems and loyalty programmes that benefit employees and their families.

American fuel card provider Fleetcor completed minority investment in QUI! Group on February 8, 2017.
