Confiserie Roggwiller AG has been in existence since 1941 and is one of the leading confiseries in Switzerland. It employs 35-40 people depending on the season.

Our company operates three sales locations as well as in our main building at Multer Alley, one of the most beautiful cafés in Switzerland.

All our delicacies are handmade in our production in St. Gallen, with lots of love and craftsmanship. It is extremely important for us to buy as many raw materials as possible in the region and thus to keep value added in St. Gallen or at least in Eastern Switzerland.

Our Leader products are the St. Gallen beaver as well as the more than 40 varieties of chocolates and the chocolate specialties such as the St. Gallen summit, the Klostersiegel or St. Gallen paving stones. Not to be missed are our exquisite cakes and pâtisserie with which we pamper our customers.

One of our strengths is also the training of learners in the professions confectioner-confectioner as well as a specialist retailer. Every year, 3-4 learners complete these two professions. This gave us the opportunity to participate in some national and international title bouts (SM, Swiss Skills, World Skills or Junior World Cups) and to celebrate various successes.

The owners of Confiserie Roggwiller AG have been Monika and Martin Schnyder since 1996. With great enthusiasm and joy, they lead the team. They are always supported by their three daughters, two of whom have also completed their training at Confiserie Roggwiller AG. The third daughter works part-time and spoils the guests on Saturday in the service. In addition, she designs all new packaging and posters.
