Original alignment of the PRR Main Line through Lancaster PA serving a downtown depot on Chestnut St. Bypassed to the north in 1883 for through trains, the old alignment continued to serve stopping passenger trains until the new/current station was built in 1929. The old alignment was later abandoned in stages and removed.
