This is a very old village. it existed even before partition of 1947. A lot of sikhs used to live here also then but they migrated to india and Muslim community remained here.

  • Here is also a Tomb (Mazar) of Sufi PIR SAYYAD ABBAS ALI SHAH who helped people bring near Islam. i couldnt find His Tomb because of clouds over his Mazar. but i am dead sure that his tomb is here because i visited this village and that tomb. so please if you find this Mazar then do mark it. i will be grateful.
