Founded by Rex and Jenny Goadby, Aero Plastics & Structures was established in 1986 to primarily assist the requirements of the local aviation industry in North Queensland

Aero Plastics manufacture replacement transparencies and interior trim as well as manufacturing and repairing sheet metal.

Over the years Aero Plastics and Structures has expanded it’s capabilities to include a range of services from cabin refurbishments to an extensive range of part manufacture that also includes complete cabin interiors

These cost effective solutions are offered to the Regional Airline Industry and Maintenance Organisations world wide via a network of International agents and distributors.

Our modern well equipped facility is located in Townsville, the Capital of Tropical North Queensland, Australia. Our factory features modern equipment and practices, enabling us to provide our customers with complete product development.

Whether it be for a specialised 'one off' design concept to a high volume production run, we have the in house ability to fulfill your requirements from the initial design concept to producing prototypes, certification and approvals through to final production.

Our material testing facilities provide for comprehensive material verification to the required aviation principles and ensure the highest standards in material selection for our products.
