100 year old residential neighborhood, a popular spot for some of Vegas' elite over the years:

In the past Howard Hughes and Steve Wynn lived here, and by 2014 there were still homes owned by Jerry Lewis, Mayor Oscar Goodman, State Senator Tick Segerblom, The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers, news anchor Denise Valdez, and Electric Daisy Carnival founder Pasquale Rotella and his wife, entertainer Holly Madison, and Zappos head Tony Hsieh.

The name “Scotch 80s” comes from the fact that in 1911 Las Vegas’ first mayor, Peter Buol, bought the 80 acres of land here, using funds from Scottish investors
