Changlu company, the owner of most of the salterns in the Tianjin coast, will develop some serious chunks of that salty land into logistics parks. This, on the saltpans of the main Changlu saltfield, will be 1 sq km of logistic yard (the polygon is phase I, which is smaller, but they haven't published the final shape).
