Three story industrial building constructed for the Ohio Reamer Company, which later became Ohio Piston and Machining. Ohio Piston occupied the plant until the mid 1960s, after which time it was divided into multiple industrial units. By 2007 the building was refurbished and converted into twenty units for entrepreneurs and artists.
