In 1892, Corliss Sullivan, Chairmen of the Central National Bank erected a two story 6,300 sq. ft. home on Millionaires Row. With increased commercial development along Euclid Avenue, the residential nature of the neighborhood was altered and the home was acquired by the Sons of Italy who converted the home into their lodge. In 1935 they constructed a 7,000 sq. ft. ballroom/hall and a 7,000 sq. ft. social area to the rear of the house. It was later the site of the Colosseum Entertainment Center.
