This cannon was emplaced here in a KwK open stand in WW2. The actual ringstand is gone, and was located on the other side of the carousal. Widerstandsnest 29, Courseulles Sur Mer
All references say this is a 5 cm 39 Kampfwagen Kanone L/60.
However, it is really short. No muzzle brake. The sign on it says the same thing.
maybe it is really a 37mm??
