San Juan de Manapiare

Settlement and shire town at the edge of the Amazon Jungle. Two villages small villages (intentional communities) surround the town, one founded by the Mormons and the other by Salesians of Don Bosco. The population is about 1000 people and the town is on the edge of a navigable river.
