    Nymathi is nearly 33 KMs from Shimoga. It was my birth place and I had studies upto II puc and all my closed friends were still there. All my relatives are there.My house is very near Kalmatha and in the olden days Ganapathi was being installed there and 21 days pooja programmes were being conducted. On the last day procession was being done and Ganapathi idol was being sunk in the nearby tank. It is a very nice people and all people are having very humourous nature. Their nature by birth is like that. 90% of people are businessmen. One person from Nyamathi Nagesh Kavi was from Nyamathi and he is now settled in America. It is a very nice place.
