A distinctive Mid-Century Modern residential neighborhood, these homes were "conditioned" to create a model modern living experience. Designed in the mid-'50s for developer Sanford D. Adlerby by the firm Palmer & Krisel, this Northridge neighborhood was originally named 'Northridge Living Conditioned Homes.' The homes a charecterised by lively house facades, butterfly roofs, decorative block walls, and ample use of stone.
