Recognizing the need for a dissemination of knowledge among society especially in Petaling Jaya, Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MBPJ) in collaboration with Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) has been trying to create a library in Kota Damansara. Library also known Library and IT Center Kota Damansara has provides various facilities for the purpose of encourage an interest in reading and IT literacy among the locals especially in Kota Damansara. The establishment of this library has indirectly indicated MBPJ interest to the development knowledge in line with physical development in Petaling Jaya today.
