South Bend, Indiana-based Holladay Properties acquired this city block adjacent to downtown Indianapolis in 2017 for a $100 million mixed-use redevelopment called LaGrotte Square.
The project includes ownership of former IPS School 7 (now called The Jefferson) that has been renovated into multi-tenant office space; The Milano, the historic Milano Inn that has been renovated into office and commercial space; The Noble, the first new planned development within LaGrotte Square that will feature 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 200,000 square feet of premium office space; and The Leo, a planned four-story apartment community.
