It's residential Society. It is a good place to live. Very nice surrounding, Peaceful, close to many shopping centres.
This society has Golwala's Mansion in it and it is the part of Surat which wasnt affected at all by Aug'06 floods where almost 80% of Surat was under water. Not the best place but not a bad place to live. Cheers !!
