One of the six or seven finest barbecue houses (joints) in Texas. Choose your own hunk of meat, smoked to perfection in massive pit barbecues. Even if you're a vegetarian, you have to try the peach cobbler. It has locations in Austin and New Braunfels now, but this is where it's at.
