This Bridge built by the British washed away when Savitri river was swollen during heavy rains in the month of 3rd August 2016. The bridge collapsed and there were few vehicles in which 2 busses and 7-10 other vehicles were washed away during that incident.
In two busses 4 staf and 22 passengers were there and overall there are 49 people dead.
