A populer community now a gated community with a lot of history. It was not always gated but it sure kept its neigborhood in a clean and elegant manner, surrounded by respectable catholic schools like Cristobal Colon(salesian based religious school), and the Domingo Comin,Calletano Tarruel now relocated,Maria de Jesus,among others,nice residential place to live or even retire.
