Chapel Saint-Mathurin

France / Bretagne / Quistinic /

The chapel of the XVIIIth century was built by the community of Mathurins. The building distinguishes itself by the proportions of the facade and the height of the pinnacle and the arrow. The tower was begun in 1784 and the chapel was completely reconstructed in 1892 on Brisacier's plans. On every second Sunday of May, a big pilgrimage attracts believers' considerable influx coming from nearby parishes.
