Constantly in use, the Mansion is a school, Mercy High School, during the day, and constantly reserved for special events due to it's beautiful campus. Said to be haunted by Freddy Kohl, and some of the students and teachers have interesting stories about the mansion's phenomena. A popular wedding area. Also known to turn out many excellent alumni.
