I never did figure out why its called that though... Home of some of the better furniture stores in Karachi.

  • long time ago thair was nursery and its call green nursery market there is sloop from 3 side
  • A long time back there used to be a cafe called Cafe Jamshed. Their hunter beef was top of the line. The place used to be owned one Behram's (Parsi)uncle.

  • Yes. "Hanifia" is correct and is still there.
  • There was cafe Jamshed but is was Iranian type cafe also there was Farooq 29 which at that time was best restaurant in nursury but for hunter beaf there is a branch of Hanifia.(Main is at New Town)
  • There used to be adam photo studio along hunter beef stall and Hilal Library from where I used to borrow English novel for 1 Re a week. Golden Times..
