GSG wind farm is located in Lee and LaSalle counties in the US state of Illinois, in two clusters about 2-5 miles north of both Sublette and Mendota. Commissioned in 2007, it lies west and south of the later (2012) Shady Oaks wind farm. GSG consists of 40 Gamesa G87/2000 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 80 MW.
