  Introduction: AACCCHS Phase II ( Super Highway) As it was not possible to accommodate all the requests from the crew members for plots in Scheme I, the efforts to procure land from the Government were energized as the prices in the open market were very high. By the grace of Almighty, the Honorable Chief Minister Sindh, on realizing the genuine need, was kind enough to sanction 100 acres land in Deh Abdar to AACCCHS. This plot is at a very prized location as it is bordering D.H.A. New City on one side and Education City on the other. This area is speculated to be the latest and most modern township of Karachi and investors heaven of the future as all the major developments are scheduled to take place in this area, the area is also presented in the master plan of Karachi, which have been recently developed by the city District Government Karachi for its future development. D.H.A. New City has taken possession of their land and have started their development work and they have announced to make it livable for 10,000 Families by 2015 so now there is lot of Development activities in the surroundings going on. Secondly D.H.A. New City and City Government have announced an Express Way from D.H.A. Phase VIII to D.H.A. New City which will make easy and convenient access to this area. On our Back side there is Education City and Habib University have Started their projects and announces their classes next year. So our Project Scheme-II is surrounded by many valuable and renowned projects where development work is going on rapidly. AACCCHS got the lay out plan approved by M.D.A. vide their letter No. MDA/MPD/Deh-234/2011/754 Dated: 8th March 2013. Now D.H.A. New City has already taken a big shape with its inside development, the area has become a big center of activities and the sale of their plots is already a talk of the town. After the launching of D.H.A. New City, Bahria Town Karachi was launched and now it needs no further introduction as they have already made big strides in the field of internal development and sale of their plots. With the start of M – 9 Motorway construction, which is being constructed at a fast pace, the whole area is coming up as a New City in itself.

DHA Administrator Brig. Khalid Tirmizi said that the new residential estate coming up on the Super Highway was spread over an area of approximately 12,000 acres and was at a 20-minute drive from the Karachi International Airport. He said that DHA City has a four-kilometre frontage on the Super Highway and is located in the proximity of the upcoming educational city and the PIA Cabin Crew Society. Tirmizi added that the new residential estate would have a network of wide roads and adequate green and open areas as per modern town planning trends and is being developed in the backdrop of a semi-hilly terrain and picturesque landscape.
