Garipçe Cape is one of the small protrusions where the land juts into the sea in the Bosphorus. Rumelifeneri is located in the north of the cape in Sarıyer district, and Rumelikavağı is in the south. Especially the northern shores of the cape are covered with steep cliffs. In this region, there is the village of Garipçe, which bears the same name.
