The ruined limeworks at Aberthaw. Lime from here used to be transported across the channel to Blue Anchor Bay. This is the origin of the name of the famous Blue Anchor pub in Aberthaw. The limeworks itself has stood in ruin for many years. The remains of the dockside are near by but no longer meet the sea since the building of the powerstation.
