Long Island Trust Company building at 675 Middle Neck Road which had previously been the second Bank of Great Neck building, the first one having been at the corner of Arrandale Avenue and Middle Neck Road c. 1917. The northern extension of this building was added to the original structure. The architect was possibly D'Oench & Yost.

As of June 2009, this building still stood, with a night deposit box inscribed "Bank of Great Neck". It is now a Chase Bank branch retaining a high degree of integrity.
