In recognizing the important of technology and science in the development of this country, the Centre is established to promote research activities among academic staff in Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT) of Southern UC. Through this Centre, the academic staff can brainstorm, share, and test their ideas.

Also, distinguish speakers are invited to join and give academic seminars or pubic lectures. We hope this Centre will be a kickstart for students to realize the important of research, to inspire bright students to do research and hopefully bring in so called industry collaboration to promote intrepreneurship among academic staff and students.
