To deliver sustainable technical advantages for universities, government and private hospitals and industries in terms of R&D, human resources and services related to healthcare science and technology

Objectives:
- To be leading R&D and training center for cross-disciplinary research in health science, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- To form strategic links and collaboration with local and international universities, industries for human resource development and consultancy work in key areas of Healthcare Science and Technology.
- To inculcate the culture of novelty and creativity in Healthcare Science and Technology sector.
- To establish R&D facilities/infrastructures and services to the university,community and the related industries well into the local healthcare system, medical technology, biotechnology and etc.
