These properties have a wonderful view down into the valley that holds Ruidoso. There's a pool facility as well as tennis courts.

Word of caution: During the 2 peak tourism seasons in this area (winter and summer) this place can be quite dangerous. In winter the road is steep and narrow and after a big dump of snow it may be impassable for some time until the graders can get up there. In the summer the risk of wildfire is very real (look at all the trees), and again, you may get trapped.

  • Just stayed there this weekend. Be sure to get rooms on the NORTH side for a view worth risking the snows and fires for. You're a good six or seven hundred feet above Ruidoso, at least. Views of Sierra Blanca and SKi Apache. Absolutely beautiful.
