  • I am also villager of Chanot.I am feel proud to see well advertisement on internet of my village by the villagers. That"s true my village have many facility at present compare of other village. But now also some facility are far from our village like electricity house, Mans hospital, upgrade of school up to 10+2, JBT center, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Anyway after that our village progress very well like student take higher education from modern cities. I hope our village will progress in sport sector also. Bcz in this sector very opportunity for sport person. I hope sportsman also come from our village like Boxer, Wrestler & Cricketer. Bcz now sport give to sport man health & wealth as well as publicity.Currently i live in Haridwar with DARCL family. M/s DARCL is a leading transport company of whole India.And Haridwar are a holy city for hindu. there are many Temple like Mata Mansa Devi, Mata Chandi Devi,And Lord shiva as well as flow mata Ganga which is famous whole world. And now Kawar mela come up on door in the session of Kawar this city completely cloured in religion of lord shiva as well as way also from Haridwar for old and famous temples like Badrinath, Kedarnath Gangotri And Yamunotri. A brief Story of Haridwar:-- Haridwar is regarded as one of the seven holiest places to Hindus. According to the Samudra manthan,[3] Haridwar along with Ujjain, Nasik and Allahabad is one of four sites where drops of Amrit, the elixir of immortality, accidentally spilled over from the pitcher while being carried by the celestial bird Garuda. This is manifested in the Kumbha Mela being celebrated every 3 years in one of the 4 places, and thus every 12 years in Haridwar. Amidst the Kumbha Mela, millions of pilgrims, devotees, and tourists congregate in Haridwar to perform ritualistic bathing on the banks of the river Ganges to wash away their sins to attain Moksha. I am just a 3 year old kid. its my elder sister ranu who is writing on mah behalf.. my village is lush green n beautiful .. although we need some advancements there... but its a calm,serene, and known for its down to eath people.. lyk mah uncle (rampal kaka).. nd it has good electiricity facilties here in mah village now... 6 bje baad poori raat bijli..!! aur mere wahan bhut saare dost bi hai jaise- nidhi,aman,vinay..!!! i love my village!!! mera bharat mahaan!!

  • Oh it so nice to talk about my village Chanot, though I live in Canada,but I really miss Chanot, my childhood, grand parents, uncle aunty, cousine ...everybody and most of all mere Chanot ki meeti. I wish I can come more often.Thanks to all who thought about Chanot. one day I will come and serve my people. I miss my Chanot!!
