Seven Dials is at the historic west gate of Bath where seven routes met and lies to the west of the city's main thoroughfare.
The scheme comprised circa 20,000 sq ft of offices, together with specialist retail units and two restaurants. The central courtyard includes an ornamental fountain around which, a series of bronze plaques, where hand imprints commemorate some of the key performers at ajacent Theatre Royal.
