Designed c. 1963 by the Office of Alfred Shaknis and built by Ramco Construction Co. Marjorie supplied antique 16th century Portuguese tiles which were surplus from "Mar-a-Lago" for the fireplace mantle in the dorm's lobby.
Originally, there was a dining hall in the lower level but it has since been turned into offices.
