  • Would the 6 lane access road along BK5B be linked up past the hill slope thru Puchong Jaya? Anyone has info?
  • Came across the Draft Local Plan for the area, it seems like it will be link to Pusat Bandar Puchong and not Puchong Jaya.
  • On paper yes, but in reality very difficult to construct the road. The hill is made of solid rock, will be very expensive. No developer will be willing to take up the cost. Unless a detour is made to avoid the hill, but will go into several areas belong to multiple land owners, hence may lead to disagreement on several issues.

Very green area surrounded by hills & sitting high up on a solid foundation hewn out of the solid rock hill. Away from the noise & pollution of highways. It's the only apartment on this side of Bdr Kinrara surrounded by dsl houses with a market value of 500k & above. There's a park nearby & other amenities like GIANT, Serdand new IPD, Kinrara Golf Club etc. Soon to have LRT STN 3, 4 & 5. Great mid cost apartment in the unbeatable location of Bdr Kinrara with its serenity & accessibility plus it's freehold.

  • Been staying here for 2 years now. Beautiful backdrop of Ayer Hitam forest with mist hanging on treetop canopy after it rains. At night just leave your windows open to enjoy the cool & refreshing mountain breeze. Evenings go jogging around the quiet & elegant BK5B neighbourhood. Going to work is easy from here. Now only looking forward to LRT STN 3,4 & 5 by 2014! Low density only 256 freehold units! What more can I say! Cheers!
  • Don't forget about the new highways exchange near Giant - KIDEX and SKIP. Getting to Damansara or Putrajaya will be a breeze :)
