The building was constructed in 1901. The complex will house a brewhouse, farm-to-table restaurant, retail shop, and gardens. The building was the former home of Stone Brewery. Stone Brewery is a craft brewer founded in San Diego, California. This facility housed the first American craft brewery in Berlin, but closed in April 2019.
