Built in 1951. The building was named Browning Hall (after Tennessee Governor Gordon Browning) and used as a dormitory from 1967-1973. It was converted to classrooms and offices in 1975 and currently houses the College of Business and Global Affairs. The name was changed to the current one in 1990.
