Former home of Air Way Electric Appliance Co., from about 1961 (?) until the company (was sold) and moved to Alabama in the 1980's. This was the second home of the company after abandoning it's much older , and inefficient plant on Auburn Avenue, in Toledo, which had served the company since before 1920. Lamb enterprises put Air-Way up for sale in 1978, and after it was purchased by a private investor; the factory moved south to Talledega Alabama. Today the building is mixed use.
