Peach State Aerodrome is an old time airport with a long history, a grass runway, and lots of antique airplanes. It serves as a gathering place for pilots, antique airplane restorers, and folks of all ages who have a common interest in antique airplanes, tractors, and cars.

The original Atlanta, Georgia Airport was called Candler Field; and is being replicated at Peach State Aerodrome on a 10 acre site to house an antique museum called The Candler Field Museum. Peach State Aerodrome is home to the Peach State Airpark, which is an airport community with hangar lots and scenic home sites.

Last, but certainly not least, the Aerodrome is served by Barnstormer's Grill, which is one of the very best restaurants on the south side of Atlanta. Barnstormer's Grill is a gathering place every weekend for pilots and enthusiasts.

EAA Chapter 468 South Atlanta now meets here every 4th Saturday, 10:00 a.m. Come visit, stay to watch the aircraft, have some lunch, make a new friend.
