  Gruha Kalyan is a fraud company. They just take money in the name of prelaunch and then cheat poor people. Dont ever deal with guys from Gruha Kalyan, Dreamz Infra and other companies providing flats for 10 lakhs. They just run away with hard earned money. So guys beware and stay away from their trap. Gruha Kalyan you people s**k***. Gruha Kalyan, Gruha Kalyan, Gruha Kalyan f***uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. I am still yet to get my 5 lakhs. I have field a police case and had a big fight in their office. They called police and since I had good contacts with police their trick went in my favor. So please BEWARE
