Mary Kuok Pick Hoo Library

Malaysia / Selangor / Balakong / Jalan Sungai Long

The UTAR Library was established simultaneously with the establishment of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in June 2002. It was originally housed in PA Block, the former Star Building, Petaling Jaya.

In 2003, the first branch library, Sungai Long Library (formerly known as FAM Library) was setup in PC Block, Petaling Jaya Campus. From 2003 until 2007, other branch libraries were established gradually to meet the needs of the faculties. In June 2015, the four branch libraries in the Klang Valley, namely the PD Library and PH Library (Petaling Jaya Campus), LKC FES Library (Kuala Lumpur Campus) and Sungai Long Library (Sungai Long Campus) were relocated to the new City Campus in Sungai Long. These 4 libraries have merged to form the Mary KUOK Pick Hoo Library

Today, the UTAR Library comprises a Main Library in the Perak Campus and the Mary KUOK Pick Hoo Library in the City Campus in Sungai Long.
