This mission is staffed by an Honorary Consul and offers limited services.The Consul cannot respond to inquiries concerning Passport, Proof of Citizenship and Visa applications. Applications for Canadian passports and proof of citizenship must be submitted directly to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Canada in Manila.
For all non-urgent business please contact the Consulate in advance for an appointment.
Notary Services are provided to Canadian citizens on an appointment basis only. Please note that notary services will not be available at the Consulate in Cebu from June 9 to July 29 2016. These services may be obtained from the Embassy in Manila.
Canadians visiting or residing in the southern Philippines requiring full consular services on an urgent basis, should contact the Consular Section of the Embassy of Canada in Manila.
