Valga Issidor Main Church is an Orthodox church located at Pargi Street 1a in Valga. The church is named after the priest-martyr Issidor of Tartu. The church is used by the Valga Issidor Main Church congregation of the Estonian Apostolic Orthodox Church.
The church was built in 1897–1898 and consecrated in 1898. The architect of the building is Vladimir Lunski. The church was originally intended for the city's Russian and Latvian Orthodox congregation, but when the Valga St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Church near the intersection of Vabaduse and Kuperjanov Streets, which had been used by the Orthodox Estonian congregation, burned down in 1913, the Valga St. Nicholas congregation also began to use this church. In 1923, the church received the status of the main church. In 1993, the congregation split and the Russian-speaking part of the congregation left and rebuilt the former Valga Railwaymen's Club as its sanctuary.
