Jayara came here from village-Jhanou, patti.Chandrabadni, tehri garhwal in 1803. In khaspatti there are three village of Jayara's Bagi, Nausa & Pabela(Generation of Sh. Soban Singh Jayara). Presently village-Jhanou is not existing. At present there is only a Pitrakuti(Pitra kuru)and Jayaron ka pani. In the past Jayara came to garhwal and settled nearby Gaur chopra(Maletha)and kept the name of their village Jayargarh. After Jayargarh they settled at village Jhanou.
