  Teggi layout Generated and Formed by Hanamanta N Honyal Land ownner is Kanakappa S Teggi, who was great Chairmen of Murnal just 3 KM from this layout, he has founder for this Layout having two sons and two daughters, Yankamma N Honyal is first duaghter, really she did lot of work support to his son Mr Hanamanta and His Husband Mr Nagappa [Ex Army and CISF Employee]while generating this Layout. Nagappa K Teggi second son,He is Former Siddappa is Second Son He has worked for Electrification while generating Layout, Last daughter is Muttavva Mr Nagappa Y Honyal who was husband of Yankkavva he has worked for Roads Excuvation and Road Mettaling. Mr Hanamanta who is grandson of Mr Kanakappa Teggi, Really he did a lot while generating this layout. Now he is working at WIPRO INFOTECH

  Earlier this land was agricultured by kanakappa, around 80's and 90's he was growing good enough, but as Vidyagiri formationn this land disturbed by people. so kanakappa unable to get even 5 bags of Corns, that is way he has applied for land to NA[Non Agriculture] conversion That time his close friend Mr Bhimu Bajantri [Sr. lawyer of High court] has supported for Conversion of this land. He is very good person and very Honesty In land servey Mr Siddappa worked very good, but again it was carry forward through Mr Hanamanta. Finally Hanamanta stood for every work in Munipality, KPLTC, Servey, TownPlanning every where till Final selling to Customer. Really he is Hard worker
