WWII Dragon's Teeth

Two large, round concrete domes designed to stop tanks and other vehicles.

During WWII the Sulham Valley was fortified with a number of pill boxes and an anti-tank ditch that ran the length of the valley. These two "dragon's teeth" are concrete obstacles which were placed where the ditch crossed the road at the sharp bend a little south.
