Retirement community consisting of apartments and villas, for both independent and assisted living. At the center of the complex is the former Marcus L. Ward Home for Aged & Respectable Bachelors and Widowers which was designed c. 1926 by John Russell Pope with Alexander B. Trowbridge as consulting architect. Landscaping was designed by Olmsted.
