Luyang is the biggest Bgy. in Carmen having 5 sitios:Malbago,Bliss, Tabok-sapa, Barrio Pekas and Bantigue. It has a house beach for rent and cottages too. It's known for its brown sandy beach and packed of people during San Juan and some Sundays. Sitting on the beach you can watch the sun shine/ full moon arise w/a breath taking sea breeze.
The fiesta of Senyor Santo Nino are flocked by devotees w/c is celebrate on the 2nd Sunday,after the Cebu City Fiesta. It's known for its Biray-biray the day after the fiesta,Lumba sa baroto and lots of games.
